What is your return/refund policy?

Returns accepted for any 3D Printed item if you received the wrong color or item, please email us @ DabSmart420@gmail.com within 48hrs after getting it. Glass is ONLY refundable if we send you the wrong item. If you order the wrong one please email us and we can go over any options that we might have.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our turnaround time for 3D printed products is typically 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Bangers by Dabbling Dads what are they?

DabSmart LLC teamed up with Dabbling Dabs Raging Ape Bangers to offer you high quality bangers a affordable price. DabSmart LLC doesn't make them or get them or ship them. We are helping someone sell them. They will be shipped out by Dabbling Dads.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our website.

How can I clean my item?

We recommend using ISO / rubbing alcohol on a damp cloth.

​

Can it take heat?

We recommend letting things cool off to around 200 egrees before placing it down on the plastic. Like any plastic please don't put direct heat to it.

Are other color options available?

Yes, please email us or DM us on Instagram- we will talk about the options.

What are the stands made out of?

They are made out of PLA. It is a hard plastic that is durable and not rubbery.

What does PLA stand for?

It is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane. Google for more info.

 

PLA/Plastic Coloring?

Due to the nature of PLA / Plastic that we print with, the color may vary from spool to spool even from the same manufacture.

Can I mix and match colors?

Yes, items that offer a mix and match option with have a color choice of "MISC". Please email or DM us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
